ABOUT
It all started in 1990 with the purchase of Thornways Pepper CD FbD ADC .
I trained Pepper in Obedience, Flyball and Agility.
In 1993 I bought Ripley who I also trained in obedience, agility, and flyball
He was Priscillas Ripley Beleev ITRNOT CDX ADC FbD
He was a super smart dog and the one whom my kennel name is named after.
I started breeding Toy poodles in 1996. At that time we finished 2 champions under the Ripleys Kennel name:
CH Ripleys Con Man "Dee" puppy champion
CH Ripleys Aye Aye Sir "Sailor" Specialty best puppy in show winner!
Both were sired by AM/CAN CH. Tripleheart N Ripleys Rumor AM/CAN CD CGN THD. Rumor was owned and finished by us. Rumor was a top producer of 5 champions.
I then wanted a bigger companion for the kids who were at that time very young. I purchased Ch Legend Larkin at Ripleys from the USA. He was our first mini Champion. Larkin is a TOP Producer of 10 champions.
My Daughter, Melissa, has joined me as co breeder on our litters now. She trains all the dogs in Agility, Obedience, Rally and Nosework. She is also our conformation handler.
Our Miniature Poodle puppies come from Health Tested (all health testing results are on the individual dogs page), Champion and Performance Titled parents. Our Focus is on Health, Temperament, and Versatility all in one beautiful package.
Our dogs Actively compete in Rally, Obedience, Agility and Conformation.
Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home in British Columbia, about an hour from Vancouver airport. We raise our puppies with the Puppy Culture program.
We are Current members of the Canadian Kennel Club, The Poodle Specialty Club of British Columbia and The Poodle Club of Canada.
